All good! Received these fast. Customer service was very courtiess and very knowledgeable . These installed on my 2006 Honda 1100 Shadow Spirit quickly with the free install hardware. Very high quality tooling and stitching in every part of these bags. Rubber on the inside and a great Velcro seal has kept everything moisture free so far
