Motorcycle Fairings for Yamaha Bolt

If you are the owner of a Yamaha Bolt, then you are likely familiar with the vehicle’s capability for low- to mid-range torque, stability when riding, and responsive handling when maneuvering at low speeds. While this two-wheeler is already capable of amazing feats, you should never settle with its basic functions. If you feel it will help enhance your motorcycle’s functionality and style, then you should try to attach extra equipment. This page will tell you everything you need to know about the features and design of Yamaha Bolt fairings so you can decide for yourself whether this type of motorcycle add-on is what you need.

Features & Design of Yamaha Bolt Fairings

Constructed out of ABS plastic, Yamaha Bolt fairings have an ovalish shape that either extend at the sides or along the top to provide full coverage for the motorcycle’s chassis and your head. The outer shell is responsible for deflecting incoming debris and preventing it from striking your motorcycle’s surface. The opaque windshield helps lessen the harsh glare of the sun while keeping wind, rain, or sharp objects from hitting your face.

A compact, single piece of equipment that is difficult to break and will last for several years, Yamaha Bolt fairings can only be attached to a 35 to 49 mm motorcycle fork with the steel clamps along the back. When fitting the fairings, make sure that the equipment is lined up with a headlight that is 5 ¾ inches.
